Shipping, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Digital Skills Academy (“DSA”). This Shipping, Refund, and Cancellation Policy applies to our website, www.digitalskillsacademy.in, and governs the terms related to the delivery, refund, and cancellation of our digital marketing course, Python programming course, and laptop repairing course, offered both online and offline.

Shipping (Applicable to Offline Courses):

a. For offline courses, no physical shipping of products is involved. Instead, participants are required to attend classes at the specified venue and schedule provided by DSA. b. Any changes to the venue or schedule will be communicated to participants through email or other specified communication channels.

Refund Policy:

a. DSA understands that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund requests for online courses must be submitted within 2 days of the course purchase date.
  • Refund requests for offline courses must be submitted within 2 days of the admission date. b. Refund requests must be sent in writing to digitalskills.academy9@gmail.com and include the reason for the refund request. c. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of approval. d. Course fees are non-refundable after the specified refund period unless otherwise stated in writing by DSA. e. DSA reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria.

Cancellation Policy:

a. Participants may request to cancel their enrollment in a course by notifying DSA in writing. b. For online courses, cancellations can be requested within 2 days of the course purchase date. c. For offline courses, cancellations can be requested within 2 days of the admission date. d. Cancellation requests should be sent to digitalskills.academy9@gmail.com. e. DSA reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, the amount of which will be communicated to the participant upon cancellation.

Course Rescheduling:

a. DSA may, at its discretion, allow participants to reschedule their enrollment in a course to a later date. b. Requests for rescheduling should be submitted in writing to digitalskills.academy9@gmail.com. c. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
